This is a slow flow beginner yoga class. Focus is on introducing pranayama techniques, mindful stretching and meditation.
Expect to feel refreshed, calm and centered after this class, which takes a gentle approach to practicing yoga. In this class we emphasize cultivating mindfulness as we integrate postures, body alignment, breath awareness, and meditation.
While this class is a wonderful class for beginners to learn and practice the basics, it is also a great for seasoned practitioners. Exploring the internal nature of the yoga poses--how they feel, rather than how they look.
