Billi Jo Morningstar, RYT 200 instructs the following:

    The focus in this class is on flowing from pose to pose and linking your movement with your breath. In most Vinyasa classes you will start with a centering and warm up and than flow through various sequencing. This class is a great challenge for any level practitioner. You can gain many wonderful benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Temperature: 75-80 degrees

  • Fusion Flow ~ Heated
  • Breathe and go with the flow! This fun, flowing class fuses postures and sequences from various styles of yoga. Linking breath and movement, you’ll cultivate awareness while building core strength and flexibility. Learn ujjayi pranayama breath work. This class will offer many incredible benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility. This class is open to all levels of practitioners.

    Light to moderate heat, 78-85degrees
